I saw Gwen in a gallery 10 years ago and I was wowed. She has helped me to say the big yes to my dreams – I’m no longer teaching, I’ve built a studio in a new home and the sky is the limit!
You are a fabulous dedicated artist!
Someone who loves to create and share your unique vision with the world. You have honed your skills but nothing is happening except you have a lot of inventory and no place to show your work. Unfortunately, being a fabulous artist by itself doesn’t always do the trick. You are ready to GO BIG…you are ready to be recognized and respected as a serious artist…but how?
I bet you have been told that artists don’t make money so it would be best for you to get a “real job”. You no longer want painting to be a hobby … you want to make money with your creativity.
I know exactly how you feel. Painting was my life but it was actually just an expensive hobby. Money wasn’t coming in but it was definitely going out. I knew something had to change. I could taste my dream but didn’t know how to achieve it. I had accumulated many awards. I got into top shows and had a painting selected to show with His Royal Highness Prince Phillip at the Fermoy Art Gallery in England. I was on the cover of art books, had shows in New York and was represented by several successful galleries throughout the United States. My career was at a total standstill. It was then I realized if I wanted to live my dream, I had to do something completely different.
This is when I decided to get a coach/mentor. It was the best decision I ever made for my art career. With new knowledge and support, everything became clear and ideas turned into successes.
You see, no one gets to where they want to be alone. Anyone at the top of their field, whether they’re sports stars, skaters, dancers, CEO’s etc. all have a coach. A coach sees beyond where you are. They see where you can go if you are committed. They see your future and guess what…they truly believe in you.
Finding a mentor was the best decision I ever made for my art career.
