Getting Comfortable With Being Uncomfortable

How often do you get out of your comfort zone when painting?

Do you do it often, rarely, or not at all? Reaching out of your comfort zone can be challenging but there is a way to make it easier; working on your confidence.

Confidence is a muscle and like all muscles, you need to work it out to get the most out of it. But how do you work out your confidence muscle? In the video below, I share a few ways I build my confidence (be sure to have a pen and notebook handy).
