Spring is in the air and with the warmer weather (depending on where you live) comes flowers.
I really enjoy painting flowers and wanted to show you how to add depth to your painting.
The best way to add depth is to start with your shadow color. From there, add your lighter colors on top and use your Artistic License to exaggerate the colors. Most importantly is to remember to play; work quickly and don’t make it a masterpiece.
