This week I’m continuing to try and fix an old painting of mine and turn it into something I like.
If you haven’t seen last week’s video be sure to do that first so you know what’s going on (there’s a link in the video). After last week’s video I want back and found a few mistakes in the painting that I wanted to to fix. Do you see them? I find the best way to spot problems in my work is to set it up, step back, and look at it from a distance. Seeing the ‘big picture’ lets me find the spots that work and the ones that don’t.
What tricks do have to you look over your work? Share them in the comments below. As always, if you have any questions, topics you’d like me to discuss, or anything else, please reach out or leave them in the comments too.
