Cold Wax and Collage

What an exciting workshop this will be! We will be dealing with the creative side of Collage and Cold Wax while creating some incredible artwork.

If, by chance, you are interested in just Collage and not Cold Wax this workshop will also work for you.

Collage has an enormous power to invoke your muse . When this power combines with the invisible creativity of the universe you will create art that comes from your heart.

All this will take place in my studio and my 100 year old adobe home which is in the heart of Taos.

Taos has been the destination for countless creative minds including DH Lawrence, Georgia O’Keefe, Dennis Hopper, Natalie Goldberg and Julia Cameron.

Just so you know….creativity literally hangs in the air in Taos so come and grab some inspiration.

September is a very special time in Taos as the weather is crisp in the evening and warm during the day. Taos is known for its incredible golden light as early evening approaches. This is when the adobe walls show off their aged splendor by turning to into a luscious apricot color which will make your heart sing.

This along with the stunning sunsets that turn the sky aglow in gold, magenta, light pink and orange take ones breath away.

Come and experience being with fellow artists, sharing laughter and incredible Mexican food while going deep into your creativity.

There will be a wine and cheese get together the Sunday evening before the workshop begins. This way you enter workshop as friends instead of strangers.

Thursday evening you will share an elegant dinner with your new best art buddies on my patio under the New Mexico stars. Lots of sharing and growing.

This workshop will be limited to 7 artists only.

Cost of the workshop is $998 plus tax

For the safety of everyone each artist must have their Covid Shots.
