With 2022 almost here I know you are thinking about how to grow your art. What do you do? How do you do it? How do you actually plan the year?
Here is what I would like you to do….Looking back on this year is super important for you and your business. If you made mistakes you don’t want to make them again.
Sit down and look over the year.
What worked?
What didn’t work
What were your successes? Really think on this as it is so important. We forget the small successes that we accomplished but they are what got us to where we are today.
What did you do to improve your art this year?
How much money did you make with your art?
How much would you like to make in 2022?
I want you to be realistic here but stretch your vision. I want you to be a bit uncomfortable with the number you put down. Now if you made $100 this year don’t put that you want to make a million….that is unrealistic and you will feel as if you have failed before you get started. Be realistic but stretch.
Now that you have answer these questions there is another set of questions that need to be addressed. Find a time and place where you can go deep into thought. Brew yourself a cup of your most delicious tea and answer the following questions because this is going to help make what you dream for 2022 become a reality.

What is the smallest step you could take to advance your art?
What is the biggest step you could take to advance your art?
What one risk are you going to take next year?
What one time waster are you going to get rid of?
Is there a habit you would like to break? If so…what is it?
Is there a habit would you like to develop?
What one positive belief will you enforce this coming year?
What one way will you make more money in your art?
I bet you have a bucket list of things you want to do….what one thing on your bucket list are you going to accomplish?
What class or workshop will you attend in 2022 to further your art?
Boundaries are a wonderful thing so what will you no longer tolerate in 2022 that you are tolerating now?
In order to grow your art you must be able to relax and de-stress….how will you do this in the coming year? What will you commit to doing to de-stress and relax next year?
What books are you going to read?
What do you want to manifest in 2022?
What is stopping you from doing this?
These questions and their answers will help frame your new year in a positive way. Let me know what you think and what question, or questions, you had the most trouble with.
